The Association releases a compensation amount of Rs. 1 lakh to the family members of deceased Association members. The main beneficiaries of such fund are widows of deceased officials. It is worthwhile to mention here that the Association at the time of COVID pandemic, had disbursed huge amount to such family members, who were in need of financial help, despite having a limited corpus of funds and is continue to help the needy officials by providing financial help.

A farewell acknowledges their hard work, dedication, and contributions to the organization, validating their career and providing a sense of closure. A farewell can create a positive and lasting memory of their time with the organization. It can be a morale booster, reminding them that their work was valued. Seeing colleagues honored upon retirement can inspire other employees and improve morale. Accordingly, this Association, to Honor the member on his/her superannuation and in order to make it a happy event, organize a farewell function. The Association currently spends Rs.25,000/- per member for farewell functions upon superannuation or voluntary retirement. This expenditure covers:
- A memento
- A trolley bag
- A shawl
- Flower pots and garlands (as needed)
- Refreshments for guests, family members, Hon'ble Judges, and staff
